Ingmanedu Vocational College for Culture Studies
Located in Siilinjärvi, North Savo, Finland, Ingmanedu Vocational College for Culture Studies provides competence-based vocational education and training (VET) in creative and cultural fields. Our education combines creative and vocational competence with entrepreneurship, digital skills, circular economy principles, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. At Ingmanedu, students develop vocational competence through creative projects, practical learning and real-world experiences, preparing them for employment, entrepreneurship and higher education.
Ingmanedu offers the following vocational qualifications:
- Vocational Qualification in Media and Visual Expression
- Vocational Qualification in Arts and Crafts
- Vocational Qualification in Textiles and Fashion
Students can specialize in graphic design, visual arts, audiovisual production, game production, fashion and clothing, interior textile design, and cabinetmaking.
A significant part of learning takes place through practical assignments, customer projects and work-based learning in authentic working environments. Students demonstrate their competence through real work tasks and projects, developing professional skills that prepare them for employment, entrepreneurship and higher education studies. Finnish vocational qualifications provide eligibility for higher education.


International partnerships
Erasmus+ and eTwinning
Ingmanedu holds an Erasmus+ KA120-VET Accreditation awarded by the Finnish National Agency for Education for the period from 1 February 2024 to 31 December 2027.
The accreditation supports the long-term development of our international activities and enables student and staff mobility, international cooperation and the exchange of good practices in vocational education and training.
We are looking for new partner schools and organisations for:

- Erasmus+ cooperation partnerships
- eTwinning projects
- Joint learning and creative projects
- Staff exchanges and job shadowing
- Other forms of international cooperation
